What began as a simple newsletter masthead design led to an ongoing collaborative effort to help Novo Nordisk reduce the complexity of the information the company shared with its sales force. The delivery of engaging videos embedded within themed PowerPoint presentations at national sales presentations helped reset sales rep’s internal clocks during long conference days and retained their focus on critical, relevant and timely information.

We were tasked by FLOR’s executive management team to help them better articulate their value proposition, demonstrate the endless creative possibilities of the product and integrate their two primary sales and marketing tools – their catalog and website. Centocor Ortho Biotech, Inc.

Centocor (a Johnson & Johnson company) developed Medversation.com for healthcare providers to compare various pharmaceutical companies biologic therapies. While the concept was groundbreaking, healthcare providers weren’t flocking to the website as anticipated. Centocor and k-nekt brought us in to develop and facilitate a comprehensive usability study of the website. The findings helped Centocor rethink their online strategy and refine the website to support the significantly different ways doctors and nurses search therapeutic information.
