Rosi began her working life at the European Space Agency, after graduating in Ergonomics at Loughborough University of Technology. She then spent eight years working for Mars mainly in the Marketing and Market Research Departments of Pedigree Petfoods.
Rosi was recruited by Cadburys to set up the New Product Development Unit for confectionery, where she successfully launched a number of new brands. She then crossed into advertising, joining DMB&B in 1986 where she was a Board Planning Director for four years. In December 1990, Rosi joined Hoare Wilikins / TBWA, to head up the Planning Department.
In 1993 Rosi moved to Millward Brown, first as the UK Managing Director, then as President/CEO of Millward Brown, The Americas.
Rosi has since ‘semi-retired’ to tropical Key West in 2000 where she maintains her relationship with WPP, and serves as part-time consultant for KMR on the newly global TGI (Target Group Index). In 2003 Rosi began a new role working for Kantar Group on development of services within Kantar, and developing relationships with key clients throughout the Americas.

Consultant, Blogger, Advocate, Scholar
CV has a long standing interest in how organizations can contribute to individuals and society while they pursue their missions.
Working as an independent consultant and scholar, CV is focused on questions related to organizational identity, image, reputation, social media and authenticity. She has an AB in Political Theory from Bryn Mawr College. Between college and graduate school she worked for several years at Procter & Gamble, in Cincinnati, Ohio. CV has her PhD in Leadership & Organizational Behavior from the Ross School of Business at The University of Michigan, where she also taught in the Women’s Studies Program.
CV was also a professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia before moving to Montclair, NJ with her family. CV continues to teach and speak to MBA & EMBA students, to corporate groups, and to professional & scholarly groups. This fall, she will be teaching a business consulting practicum as a capstone class to seniors in the Business and Technology (BS) program at the Howe School at Stevens Institute of Technology.
CV’s academic research addresses organizational identification and identity, branding & the organization, organizational identity and strategy, and organizational diversity, multiculturalism & inclusion. In addition to CV’s own research, writing and consulting, she also works as a ‘concept shaper’ and developmental editor and help other scholars shape and develop their written work and their research designs. She loves helping other scholars untangle their thoughts, clarify their theories and craft compelling stories about their research and findings. CVI reviews for several academic journals, including Administrative Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Journal and Academy of Management Review, where she is on the Editorial Board.
CV also teaches other management scholars about how to use blogging and social media to connect to a practitioner audience and to develop their own leadership voice.
Along with this life of the mind, she enjoys being a parent to two daughters, being married to an internet business CMO, playing Frisbee with her Labradoodle, living in a diverse and liberal community, reading too many magazines, horseback riding and Pilates, and gardening. VP Brand Marketing & Experience, Interface Americas
A veteran of brand marketing and communications, Steve Arbaugh serves as Vice President of Brand Alignment and Experience for the Americas division of Interface, Inc. As Vice President, he works with the InterfaceFLOR (commercial), FLOR (consumer), and Bentley Prince Street brands to integrate and leverage brand assets across all mediums, overseeing branding and communications, both externally and internally.
Prior to his current role, Steve served for three years as Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Alliances for FLOR, the consumer division of Interface, Inc. During his time with FLOR, he oversaw the retail business strategy for the company’s new modular business to the consumer market, expanding the presence for FLOR-branded products program within specialty/boutique, home center, mass merchant, and fashion retail segments. These included securing retail, direct response catalog, and e-commerce partnerships with Target, Design Within Reach, Crate & Barrel/CB2, and Lowe’s, among others.
Prior to joining Interface in 2004, Steve spent five years co-directing InterfaceFLOR’s marketing initiatives with VSA Partners, an outside agency of record. Steve has approximately 17 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, and licensing, as well as sales and business development. He led relationships and brand initiatives for many Fortune 100 and 500 clients, such as McDonald’s, Disney, Kraft Foods, and IBM. In addition, he has 13 years of experience in merchandising with national and regional retail chain store businesses.
Steve is passionate about articulating and marketing Interface brands to a wide variety of audiences, including internal and external constituents. Steve explains to audiences that the key to successful brands lies in the ability to engage key stakeholders by not only helping them understand key brand attributes but also the creation of memorable brand experiences. He speaks to corporate, non-profit, and educational audiences about how to define and articulate an organization’s brand and how to leverage technology and multiple communications platforms to reach target audiences.
Steve is a member of the Technology Executives Club in Chicago. In addition, he is a guest instructor with the Adjunct Professorship Program at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and at the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT).

Rob raised funds and launched the product for this internet start-up company providing next generation graphical trading tools to derivatives traders – eventually selling the company to GL Trade.
Netcentives (European Director) / BizBuyer (European Manager)
Rob launched the European branches for of these two U.S. based start-up companies during the dot-com era.
Netron (Managing Director)
Rob launched the European office for this Canadian company and built it to a 16 person, multi-million dollar division.
A respected member of the financial community, Rob sits on the Futures Industry Association (FIA) Technology Board and is a regular speaker on industry panels. Rob earned his MBA from London Business School (Graduating with Distinction) and a BSc (With Honors) from University of Western Ontario, Canada
